About Lauren

I like working with kids because being around them is fun, yet challenging and rewarding. I'm looking for a job that lets me provide a service with two purposes. On one hand I get to care for, comfort and entertain an awesome kid, while at the same time being there for the parent when needed and offer some support. Throughout my childhood my family ran a daycare and I was always a part of so many of the aspects. Then when I started babysitting on my own, I was able to utilize a very natural skill. In my spare time, I read quite a bit, watch movies and during the summer, go kayaking. My relaxed personality, endless patience and ability to connect with all ages are definitely skills that lend themselves well to child and adultcare. But I can assure you that my compassion and work ethic are what makes me the most qualified.
