About Lauren

Hi there! My name is Lauren, and I graduated from Boston College in May 2022. I love working with children. All throughout high school, I taught weekly religious ed. classes for elementary school students. During summer 2020, I babysat for my neighbors' son and daughter everyday for five weeks and we had the best time together. I'm a big people person, I'm very talkative with kids and love to help them exercise their imaginations through crafts and reading books. This past summer, I was a teacher's assistant for a summer school program where I worked closely with an autistic student about to enter first grade. Although I have no formal training in special needs services, I do feel comfortable working with children who have autism, as this past summer was very informative for me as I learned from the teachers I worked with. Additionally, I would happy to assist with any household chores, errands, groceries, etc. Tell me how I can help you, and I'll make it happen!
