Hi All! I am a caregiver with over 4 years experience working with children on the spectrum. My passion lies in supporting children with profound autism-especially those who are nonverbal and highly sensitive but am open to working with children of all abilities. I build trust through quiet observation, follow the child's lead, and intervene gently and strategically. My care is grounded in connection, behavioral safety, and adaptive routines tailored to each child's needs. I have my own reliable car, am CPR certified and pursuing my RBT( this does not mean I agree with ABA) I have lots of experience with visual cues, sensory regulation, AAC devices , pecs book, keeping routine, transitions and redirection. I'm more than a nanny, I love to teach through whatever excites a child, whether it's movement, music, nature, or quiet repetition. I see potential in every child and am always determined to help it shine, however that may look.
