About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I am an English Teacher, Animal Lover, and Conscious Caregiver. I provide a holistic approach to caretaking inspired by my extensive training with Craniosacral Therapy, Relationship Coaching, and living an Ayurveda/Yogic lifestyle. I appreciate a clean home. Clean space=clean mind. I help with pantry clean-out & restock with organic, non GMO foods. My heart-felt intention is to create meaning and value to every family through conscious daily "body, mind, and spirit" routines. Planting herbs, art/music/movement therapy, healthy cooking projects, guided breathing and imagery, imaginative thinking, and positive self-talk, are some examples of what I implement into your child's learning experience. I am all about creation and inspiration! Because I am highly dedicated to help develop the minds and hearts of our young children in a conscious approach, my rates are higher than a normal caretaker.
