About Lauren

I am a childcare provider with a passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. My friendly and creative nature allows me to connect with children easily and create a supportive and imaginative environment for them to thrive in. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day and any concerns that may arise. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I do so in a gentle and understanding manner, fostering a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care. With two years of experience caring for children of various age groups, I am comfortable looking after up to two children at a time, ranging from toddlers to preteens. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as coursework in early child development.
