As a Certified Nursing Assistant with three years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children and fostering their growth. My journey into childcare began with watching my 5 younger siblings, where I discovered my knack for caring for little ones. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong bonds with children and create a safe and nurturing environment for them. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I make it a point to provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally during pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method of communication. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure consistency in their implementation. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in various activities that cater to their interests and developmental needs.
