I have worked in senior healthcare for the past 20 years. Initially as a resident assistant, and continuing my journey as an activities therapist and program coordinator. I worked in a community with residents in varying stages of dementia/alzheimers. I planned and implemented programs/activities centered on the spiritual, physical, purposeful, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of each individual in our care.
