I have experience as a preschool teacher, nanny, licensed foster parent, and respite care provider, as well as many hours serving in kids ministry at church. I was last certified as a Level 12 Teacher with The Wisconsin Registry for Early Childhood Education with a Bachelor degree in an unrelated field. I have experience working with kids birth through 5th grade. My preferred ages are 2-5yr olds. I enjoy music, being outdoors and finding new activities to try with the kids in my care. Biking, swimming, gardening, and healthy cooking are some things I personally enjoy. I am a pet owner and I can provide transportation if needed.

We’ve used Laurelea as a babysitter for the past three years for our three young children. She’s kind and caring, paying special attention to each child’s needs. Our children came to us through the foster care system and her years of experience with children is just what we needed in a caregiver. She’s responsible and dependable. Our children love her and ask when can they see her again. Knowing our children are in her care gives us great peace of mind.
