Hi! My name is Laura and I have been nannying and babysitting for the past 8+ years, life guarded for two years, and even taught swim lessons for a couple of summers! I am CPR trained (my certification expired but I am very confident in my skills and plan on getting recertified after covid) . I just graduated from KSU with a degree in Modern Languages. The family I am currently with has transitioned to needing me more on weekdays, but when I was with them on the weekends I enjoyed watching their 5-year-old and 18-month-old boys. We spent the mornings playing games, doing art, and reading books. After nap time, we usually walked about a half mile to a nearby park where we played baseball or just ran around the playground. I am not a babysitter who sits on the couch watching the children play- I like to be up and running around or on the floor engaging with them! I have experience with ages 16mo-12yo and with high needs children. I am willing to learn and adapt to your family!

We have a kid with extra needs who is now 6 and we have an almost 2 year old. Laura is flexible, punctual, kind and our kids love playing with her! We are so blessed we found her as our babysitter! She's great!
