About Laura

I'm a dedicated educator with over 14 years of experience in teaching and school leadership. I hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as well as an Administrative Credential, and I've had the privilege of working with students across a wide range of grade levels and learning needs. After many years in the school setting, I'm currently taking a step back from the classroom to focus on one-on-one tutoring, a space where I can truly connect with students and tailor support to their individual strengths, challenges, and goals. I'm passionate about helping children grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. I bring a caring, patient, and often humorous approach to my work with students. I believe in nurturing a growth mindset and encouraging a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. Every child has unique potential, and I'm here to help them discover it, one step at a time.
