About Laura

Hello, my name is Laura! I am a Certified Home health aide with 7 years of healthcare experience within many different settings including home care, hospitals, and group homes. I can provide assistance with ADLS including bathing, toiletries, feeding and food preparation, medication assistance, documentation, vital signs, ambulating and transfers, range of motion, providing light housekeeping, and providing compassionate care and companionship. I have knowledge and experience on how to use assistance devices such as hoyer lifts, gait belts, commodes, bed pans, and more. I am CPR certified and fully vaccinated against Covid-19. I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. I'd describe my personality as open minded, compassionate, and patient. I started working in healthcare after completing my CHHA course in 2017 and have been working in healthcare ever since. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, exercise, clean&organize, and cook.
