As a childcare provider with 3 years of experience, 2 as an au pair and 1 as a babysitter. Bachelor's degree in psychology and currently studying a master in counseling in mental health. I am passionate about nurturing the well-being and development of children. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and preferences. My approach to playtime is varied and engaging, from outdoor sports and physical games to educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from toddlers to preteens. My training includes First Aid and coursework in Early Child Develop
