About Laura

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and find great fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives. With over a decade of childcare experience, I have the skills and knowledge needed to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your child. I'm also a mom which gives me a deeper sense of responsibility when taking care of child(ren). I lean on gentle parenting methods and encourage independence through play and routine. When a baby is under a year old, I focus my time on helping them reach their milestones and making sure to keep their routine on a consistent basis. I consider myself a mother's helper more than a nanny or babysitter since I have first hand experience on what it's like raising a child and do everything I can to make it easier on the parent while im in their home.
