I like caring for seniors because I enjoy being helpful to those in need. My first job caring for seniors, was back in 1995 when I assisted a woman with MS in a wheelchair and her mother who had Alzheimer's. I currently work with clients with specialized diets and enjoy creating nutritious and healthy meals from scratch. In addition, I help with care for my Mom, who has late-stage dementia. In my spare time, I like to go antiquing, thrift shopping, go to the beach, make jewelry and cook for my family. One thing you should know about me is that I really enjoy what I do! My skills include dementia care, cooking for special diets and mental health/trauma informed care.
