We hired Laura as a nanny / caregiver for my Autistic child over the summer and she did a fantastic job! She was reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Laura has an amazingly calm personality which allows her to roll with a willful OCD child, without letting him get away with too much. She learned to understand my non-verbal child quickly, and helped him get out into the community over the summer - to parks, museums, and other fun places. I would recommend her for any caregiver position.
