I have an RN license, although I am partially retired, and there are days that I spend with my mother who has Alzheimers disease. Most of my years of nursing were in Florida, where I married (now widowed), and raised my four children, one son and 3 daughters. Most of my years have been caring for children with special needs and hospice as well as home care case management. I am adaptable to pets and pet care as long as they are friendly and non- aggressive. I attended and graduated from Southern Cayuga High School, as well as Boces ( LPN), before deciding to advance my nursing career in Auburn at CCC. I left NYS at age 25 to explore my options as a nurse. I remained in Fl. until my mother's alzheimers diagnosis in 2022. I returned to assist with her care and assist my siblings. I am the youngest of 6. My first job on return to NYS was at the residential center for boys in Lansing as a temporary RN, then hospice admissions. I love people of all ages and their pets.
