About Laura

I've always been passionate about caring for children. My experience as a babysitter and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives led me to pursue a career as a childcare provider. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I know how to communicate effectively with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable with technology-based games and apps. I have one year of experience as a childcare provider, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I have some college education, and I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. The best part of my job is seeing the children I care for grow and learn.
