Hello. My name is Laura. I am the mother of two daughters, ages 12 and 18. I have experience as a lead teacher in all ages of childcare, from infants to teens. For the past 3 years, I have served as the lead teacher for the special needs classroom (Autism Spectrum Disorder) at a private Christian School in Saint Petersburg. The students in my care, were both verbal and non-verbal, high-functioning and low-functioning. I was the sole caregiver in this classroom of six. I look forward to providing the same exceptional care for your child, with the added benefit of one-on-one attention. As a teacher, I not only bring my experience with the Autism Spectrum Disorder; but also my ability to incorporate academics on a daily basis, should your child require home-schooling.
