I tended to a wonderful 102 yr old woman for the past 19 yrs. I did lite housekeeping, gave her medication, pick up prescriptions, laundry , meal prep. Tidy up her home. Change bed linen, Feed her meals. Companionship, her safety and well being is very important to me. I actually attend to all her needs. I do just about everything for my elder and treated her like she was my grandmother . It's unfortunate that in March my elderly woman passed away & I miss her terribly. Her needs changed as her situation changed. But was with her everyday right till the end. I also currently assist another elderly woman who had a stroke a few years back and the aide needs assistance getting her into her wheelchair with the hoyer lift.

19 years ago, in 2006, she started working with mom, until mom passed at age 102. She was steadfast over all the years, making it possible for mom to live out her life in her own home, as she wished. She pleasantly talked with. mom each day and took care of what needed to be done She is honest, forthright, generous in spirit, kind, dependable, and treated mom like family. I highly recommend her. . 5+++ stars
