About Laura

I have degrees in Behavioral Science, Early Childhood Development, and Elementary Education, along with over 30 years of experience caring for and educating children of all ages. I've taught 1st and 2nd grades and worked as a preschool teacher at Children's World Learning Center, where I wrote their curriculum. As a stay-at-home mom, I raised two successful children. My daughter graduated from Pepperdine University and is now a recording artist and fine artist in Nashville. My son graduated from Brown University, played Division 1 hockey, and works at Goldman Sachs in NYC. In addition to my professional and parenting experience, I helped my daughter care for the two girls she nannied, starting when they were 4 months and 3 years old. I am loving, high-energy, and deeply knowledgeable about child development. Now that my children are grown, I'm excited to support families and bring joy to their lives through childcare.
