First and foremost, I am a mother to 4 children, ages 29, 26, 25, and 23. Before I became a certified doula, I was an elementary school teacher in RI. When we relocated to TN, 7 years ago, I switched gears and became a nanny for a newborn. Most recently, I have been working with families welcoming their newborn into their lives. A doula comes out n and takes care of the whole family. My current assignment is a night shift, waking with the infant so that mom gets a good night's rest and can be her best self for her 3 children during the day.
