About Laura

I live in Stonington, and have 10 years experience as a carrer nanny. I also have three years kindergarten. teaching experience. I am currently available for a part to full time nanny position. I have chosen to work with children as a career because it is challenging and uniquely rewarding. I love the quality time I get to spend with children - going on walks and adventures, doing art, cooking, and other projects, making up games, singing songs, and reading lots and lots of stories - and consider it a privelige. I work hard to provide an environment that is safe, nurturing, and fun (!). I want children to feel safe and happy, and parents to feel 100 percent secure handing me the reins. While childcare is my primary focus, I am happy to take charge of household and other tasks that keep things running smoothly.
