About Laura

I've always had a passion for caring for children and helping them grow and develop into their best selves. I have a bachelors of science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and 12 years of childcare experience. I'm a patient, calm, creative, and friendly person who is comfortable enforcing household rules as needed. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am also willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I believe that every child deserves to be loved and cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. I am committed to providing a positive and enriching experience for each child in my care. I am CPR-trained and follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I can comfortably care for up to two children, and I have experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens.
