I ran a small summer camp a few hours a day out of my backyard from when I was 12 to 14, then babysat intermittently throughout junior high, high school, and college. One thing you should know about me is that I really try and get to know the kids, by talking to them and playing with them and really stepping into their worlds. As someone who had a lot of babysitters growing up, I know how important it is that there is trust and comfort in that relationship.
