Laura is a wonderful caregiver! She took care of our son from age 5 to 10 months old and worked 4 or 5 days a week. She worked closely with me to help him become an independent napper! We both spent time researching the best sleep training methods to ensure that my son could sleep in his crib (before he could only sleep in my arms!). Laura made sure that she used the techniques I was comfortable with and were the same that I used on the weekends. Additionally, while she worked with me, I switched from breastfeeding to formula and Laura was incredibly supportive as I made the decision. If Laura works for you, she will make sure that you are always on the same page and that she is caring for your child in the way you choose! I'd highly recommend her!
