Hi! I would love to work with your loved one that has special needs. I have 32 years of experience working with a child with cerebral palsy. I currently work part time with a young adult that has severe autism and is non-verbal. I owned and operated an in-home licensed daycare for over 10 years, (6 wks - 12 yrs). A majority of the children in my care had special needs, including blindness, autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, down syndrome, developmental delays, respiratory issues and speech impairments. I also worked for several years as a paraprofessional at the elementary school level. (K-6). I have a BA in developmental psychology, I am certified in CPR/first aid. I have my own transportation. I am willing to do all forms of ADL's, light house keeping, food preparation, transportation and running errands. I'm a non-smoker and am comfortable around your pets as I have pets of my own.
