I started with babysitting and pet-sitting in my preteen years, volunteering with various organizations in my 20's-40's and in 2016, added elder care to my repertoire. Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and could no longer live on her own. At first her needs were simple; provide her with a safe environment so she could continue life as she knew it. Unfortunately, as she declined, her needs grew and eventually, I needed a break, a lot of breaks. It is now my passion to give families the same respite care that I, once, so desperately needed.
