Laura took care part-time of our son when he was 2-7 months old. She was incredibly caring: she soothed him when he was fussy, sang to him and danced with him, and came up with lots of new ideas for activities and toys he would like. She was very committed to his well-being and even accompanied us to his physical therapist and did all his exercises with him. He is now quite a bit ahead of the curve on physical development and most of that credit goes to her. As new parents, we also learned a tremendous amount about childcare from her. We absolutely plan to ask Laura to care for him in the future and recommend her without any hesitation whatsoever. As we have told virtually all our family, friends, and colleagues: Laura is a phenomenal nanny! Out of 5 stars, she gets a 100--easily!
