About Laura

Hi! I'm Laura (or Mimi), a mother of four grown children and six perfect grandchildren. I love family and children and would love to help you care for yours! I'm comfortable with all ages, from the littlest newborn (I do overnights, too!) to the sassiest preteen. I am comfortable with children of all abilities. Naturally patient and calm, I aim to create an engaging environment where children feel safe and thrive. Over the last 20 years, I have worked in a preschool classroom, taught social justice to middle schoolers, chaperoned field trips, and much more. I have been a member of the School Board, PTO President and a Youth Ministry leader. I'm a reliable, caring individual who looks forward to supporting you and your family. I am comfortable with pets, have my own transportation, and I am a non smoker.
