Hello dear families. I am Laura. I am 28 years old. I recently married and am living in the Frederick area. I have a teaching degree in world language my primary language is Spanish and I also English. I was a teacher for 5 years. I was Au pair for 2 years, I have experience with kids all age specially with new born and twins. I am patient, responsible, punctual, trustworthy, creatively girl. I believe that communication and patience is key when you works with kids. I make sure to keep parents regularly updated on their child's day. I have no problem enforcing household rules and routines to ensure a structured and consistent environment for the children while in my care. About activities, I love to engage with the children in outdoors, play board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and development.
