About Laura

The Beat Goes On I have 40 years experience as an LPN and been retired for 6 years. I have had non medical jobs but prefer working in the mental health field and have worked with children and adults in that capacity. While my primary reason for working is financial I miss helping people and being involved in their lives. I could never work in a job just for money. [I don't think LOL]. I'm married for 33 yrs. and have two sons. I live in Port Orchard, like to read, do yard work, kayak and hike. People have said I'm reliable, energetic and patient and some traits I acknowledge are a sense of humor, enjoy organizing things and places, completing tasks and projects. I love checking things off. Being around kids, introducing them to new situations, teaching about feelings and different ways to look at things is my duty as an older wise woman.
