As a compassionate and dedicated childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. I have a strong foundation in child development principles and methodologies. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children of all ages. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, ensuring that they are fully informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. My experience includes caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a nurturing environment. My own words-- I am am an autistic queer woman, looking for progressive families to work for. I write cirriculum focused on decolonizing education. I believe in diversity, equity and inclusion. I believe in human rights for all, while teaching love and empathy. I have been working with kids for over 20 years.
