Laura is the nanny to my four children. She is very comfortable with them and my kids love her. She goes out of the way to make sure their lives are in balance between indoor and outdoor play, structured and unstructured play, social cooperation and independent achievement, etc. She and I work together to make sure the children are disciplined and rewarded consistently. She respects my family values and belief systems.
