Hi there, I've been a nurse for over 20 yr. Perhaps because I don't have children of my own, I think that may be why I'm so fascinated by them. Every day is a chance for them to learn something new and to be there and watch is (usually) a lot of fun! (usually).. Now having mashed potatoes thrown in my hair, well if it makes baby laugh, then I'm all in! I guess having fun is job one, and safety is just as important and I'm well versed with infant/child CPR and choking procedures. I have a safe car for transportation (both kids and pets are welcome!) and don't mind driving wherever we need to go. I also don't mind cooking and light housekeeping.
