I have had a long career in Entertainment in Events and Marketing and after loosing my husband to cancer, transitioned to part time work to have flexibility in raising my two children. I do Personal Assisting, and one of my duties with one family is on line with their ADHD/OCD child for his studies in 7th grade. I have always handled his activates among other things for the family and really liked what I was able to do with their son. They saw a difference in him and the care and attention I paid, and asked me to become his tutor and zoom assistant. They were very confident in my skill set, personality, etc. and offered me this new responsibility. It has worked out very well. I find satisfaction and love everything about the one on one interaction and know that I do have a natural ability at it. It is very gratifying to also know I am making a difference. I have decided to look for some addtional work and have bee doing so on Care. com. I look forward to continuing this rewarding work.
