About Laura

I'm an educator with over 15 years of experience and a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and reach their full potential. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and carpooling. I'm also a certified teacher with early childhood education (ECE) and child development associate (CDA) credentials, and I have CPR training and early child development coursework. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I am confident in my ability to effectively communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise, and I am always willing to go the extra mile to support families and provide a reliable childcare option for them.
