About Laura

Hello and welcome to my profile! If you're searching for an empathetic, education-focused caregiver, you have found your person! Over the years, I've worked with children as a park ranger, nanny, camp counselor and swim instructor. I have a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. In my care, I aim to create an environment of both structure and exploration. In addition, I am a major proponent of nature play and getting active outside. Although having fun is important, safety is my priority, and as such, I hold an adult and pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.
