Hello! My name is Laura and I was an educator for 12 years. I instructed the middle grades, including grades ranging from 4-8. Needing a break from it all, I've decided to take time to open myself to nannying again. Prior to teaching, I spent a year nannying for a preschool-aged boy with Autism and his younger, infant brother. The family and I are still friends today! I've been told I have a great amount of patience and I enjoy kids and helping them learn about the world around them. I recently spent three years as a nanny for a little girl from birth to age three. I'm currently providing home health care, but may have to transition out as she has become ill and may have to move permanently into a nursing home.
