Having taught young children since 1995, graduating from University of Memphis with a degree in early childhood education in 1998, I fully comprehend the needs of young children. Although the majority of my teaching experience is in preschool, I also have teaching experience in kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. Laura tutored my 4 y/o son for almost a year and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is very energetic and encouraging and made learning fun. My son was excited on the days she came over to tutor and he learned so much with her. He was doing kindergarten-level work when he completed tutoring with her. We moved out of the area and that is why we no longer work with Laura but I highly recommend her!
