About Laura

I decided to become a childcare provider because I have a passion for children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I believe in supporting families by providing a reliable and nurturing child care option. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable, which helps me connect with children and create a safe and fun environment. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. As for activities, I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With one year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging in age from infants to preteens. I hold a graduate degree and am fluent in English and French. In addition, I would love to use my scientific knowledge to do fun experiments with kids!
