About Laura

I'd describe my personality as curious, caring, & energetic! I like working with kids because I believe we have so much to learn from the way they see the world. I love their curiosity, enthusiasm, and desire to have fun. I have always gravitated towards working with children, I believe it's a gift and special skill set that I have as well as a genuine desire to serve families! I started working with kids when I was even younger than 16, but 16 was my official start to serving families. I started by serving in the church nursery, and then with toddlers, and then I worked as a camp counselor serving older ages. Some of my favorite roles that I have served in have been in adulthood as a Mother's Helper & a Nanny to 4 children. In my spare time, I like to play with my dog Cowboy, go for runs (invest in my personal health), and explore the outdoors!
