Lauenne did a great job. I have animals and when she was done you wouldn’t even know the couch had previously been covered in fur. She is timely, fair priced, and thorough. Always willing to go above and beyond. Very polite and respectful. Will definitely be hiring her again and will be recommending her to friends and family.
