Hello there I am so elated to provide care for special need individuals. It is so many ways to provide this care however I will be specific on my experience I have mainly worked with special needs/M. h. M. R adults for 4 years on and off and I love it! My main and true compassion is for psych patients if I were to have a preference it would be young adults ages ranging from 22 and up but for adults 22-senior and senior. Now I have not had a lot of experiences with ages younger then that and even with some different diagnosis such as A. D. H. D. or the behaviors that are associated with that diagnosis but what I can say is that I am willing to learn and if given the opportunity it would be beautiful and to whomever offers me this opportunity you won't be sorry I can say I am CPR certified/first aid in adults and young adults. I am a certified nurses aide with more than 6 years of experience in various settings. I have done M. H. M. R group home care for about 3 years. I am a non-smoker and prefer to work in that environment, I am comfortable with pets until they bite as long as that is no problem we have an understanding. I do have a background report available.
