With over a decade of experience, I excel at caring for children aged 0-11, especially those between 1-3. I believe in fostering open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call check-ins to discuss their child's day and address any issues promptly. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. When it comes to activities, I favor outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate young minds.
