I'm a warm-hearted and responsible childcare provider with three years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for working with children stems from the positive experiences I've had in previous babysitting roles. I am motivated by the desire to make a positive impact on their lives and to support families by providing a reliable childcare option. I describe myself as patient, calm, and creative. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I also like to incorporate educational games that promote learning into playtime. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparent and open lines of communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and am available for verbal communication at pickup. I am also flexible in following the parents' preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them. I believe in a structured environment that helps children feel safe and secure.
