As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I've dedicated the past four years to fostering children's growth and development. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting, tutoring, after school teacher and behavioral technician roles and my desire to support families by providing reliable childcare. I am known for my calm and patient demeanor, which allows me to handle challenging situations with ease. I am also a creative and imaginative individual, always coming up with fun and engaging activities for children. This combination allows for positive experiences. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, whichever the parents prefer. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
