Hello Families, My name is Lataisia, and I am passionate about education and child development. Montessori Experience: For nearly two years, I immersed myself in the Montessori approach. Guided by the principles of independence, self-directed learning. I witnessed the magic of discovery in the classroom. Whether it was observing a child's fascination with sensorial materials or facilitating their exploration of language. Montessori education truly resonated with me. Working with Children with Disabilities: Simultaneously, I spent almost four years working closely with children who have special needs. This experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of empathy. From creating personalized learning plans to celebrating small victories, I learned that every child has incredible potential waiting to be unlocked.
