I'd describe my personality as personable, compassionate, professional I like working with kids because it feels good helping families build their future for their little ones in such a very vulnerable time. Either with daily routine settings to education or those with special needs, it's that initiative moment when the whole family feels safe comfortable and most of all the smile they give that warms the heart I'm looking for a job that will help build structure to the family and also be able to build for myself as well I started working with kids when I was 14 as a park leader for a summer job then progress over years that allergies me to obtain more knowledge and growth to be more sufficient with children. My skills include just overall caring techniques such as calming, communication, and promote growths of all ages.
