I enjoy working with the elderly, along with keeping them active their conversations are just the best. I've had the pleasure of assisting each client(s) I've assisted with transportation along with various tasks such as the grocery shopping, pharmacy pick ups, Dr. appointments, monitoring/administering medications, preparing meals, physical therapy exercises, and walking, and I love a great conversation. I just love working with people in general because no matter how young or how old you are, you never know when you might need a helping hand. Although I do have 12 years of homecare experience, but I also have a personal experience with Dementia, because my mom is living with it and she resides with me. I am her caregiver because in my heart no one can take care of her better than myself. It gets difficult at times with the mood swings of the Dementia, but she's my mom, she's all worth it, and you only get one. Therefore, until God calls her home I'm here to do my very best.
