I am Currently a college student at Capella university getting my bachelor's degree in applied behavioral analysis(ABA). I currently work full-time as an registered behavior technician(RBT) working with mentally challenged individuals, and I absolutely love it! My experience with working with children has been phenomenal and is my passion as well. I've been working with kids my whole life, but my paid experience started when I was around 14yrs. I've watched kids within the age range of Infant to 7yrs. I love childcare because I love educating them , completing arts and crafts as a fun projects throughout the day as well as visiting the park and interacting with other kiddos.
